27 Feb GREAT DRUGSTORE DUPE!
Great foundation is, well, the good foundation of every makeup look. And when it comes to looking for the perfect one, price is definitely not an indicator of an exceptional product.
For my everyday makeup, one of my go-to foundations is Estee Lauder’s Double Wear Foundation ($39.50). It’s light weight, sheer, and offers the most flawless finish. However, surprisingly, after many visits to the beauty counters – both here and abroad– I’ve discovered two great drugstore dupes that almost perfectly match Estee Lauder’s smooth finish.
If you want a cheaper drugstore version, pick up Revlon’s ColorStay Makeup Foundation ($12.99), which is specifically made for combination or oily skin. It’s a little thinner in consistency, but it’s very build-able. Also, there are 35 shades available so you’re more than confident to find the perfect shade to match skin tone and type.
Another drugstore dupe that gives you matte coverage that lasts up to 24 hours is L’Oreal’s Infallible Pro-Glow 24 HR Foundation ($12.99). It goes on smooth, and is air-light and creamy. What I like about it is that it doesn’t leave your skin feeling greasy or dry, and it does extraordinarily well in hiding those imperfections on your skin.
Enjoy smoother, clearer complexion even when you’re on tighter budget with these two beauty dupes.
