Sephora launched its online store in the Philippines in February last year. While Sephora Digital is headquartered in Singapore, it does provide a smooth and speedy delivery for customers here in the Philippines.
The Sephora Ph website is identical to other Sephora online stores. The visuals and atmosphere is always intriguing but easy to navigate. The customer experience is spot on. Although you can’t use your usual Beauty Insider program, Sephora Ph has its own rewards program called Beauty Pass which is pretty identical to the Beauty Insider Program.
When Sephora first went live, I didn’t jump the gun to order things because there weren’t many brands to choose from. So I waited a while and my first Sephora Ph experience was actually buying some of the Fenty collection.
I loved that there was a COD (cash on delivery) option and that my order arrived even before the committed 5-7 days. I also enjoyed that I got a couple of premium samples with my purchase. (which is offered to you if your order is P5,000 and above)
What I appreciate most about Sephora as a whole is that they’ve carefully selected and curated their products per region. There are some brands that are exclusive to Sephora Ph or most Sephora’s in South East Asia.
As always, you end up buying more than what you came for.
