29 May VIOLET SHAMPOO: THE BRASS BUSTER

With our hair fresh from the salon, we all love our new hot shade. But after a while, you’ll notice your stunning color mellowing down. To help retain that vibrancy and to prevent the color from further fading, my stylist advised me to use violet shampoo, which is the best brass buster. And I’ve been using it ever since!

While others are skeptical about it, I’m a true believer! Violet shampoo works, because it prevents your hair from turning into that brassy tone. In this climate, with all the humidity, our hair turns brassy quite easily no matter what. Violet shampoo helps to extend your coloring job a couple more days and weeks by refreshing the color and adding that little pop and hint of color.

Violet shampoo helps to neutralize brassiness (purple is the exact opposite of yellow on the color wheel, which is why it cools the gold/brass tones down), and helps to subtly transition your hair until you need to go to your stylist for a major retouch.

Do your hairdo a favor, and fight the brassiness with violet shampoo.
