27 Jan YOU DON’T HAVE TO KISS A FEW FROGS TO FIND YOUR PRINCE.
There has been a lot of buzz about this lipstick from Lipstick Queen ($25). Maybe it’s the striking shade of emerald or maybe it’s the fact that it changes color to a unique shade of pink to whoever spreads this across their pout.
The formula has a pigment called chameleon which changes according to your pH balance, warmth and your skin tone to provide a unique shade to you. According to Lipstick Queen, “no two pairs of lips will look the same.” I was curious, so I got one for myself.
I applied the Frog Prince lipstick on my lips and it came out sheer with a balmy kind of texture. There was no trace of green the minute it touched my lips but it slowly turned into a soft French rose shade, something I’m definitely not used to! I’m a nude lip kinda girl so having something so pink wasn’t something I wanted to keep on for too long. So as I tried to wipe it off, I realized it also leaves a tint on your lip. That tint did last on my lip pretty much all day and didn’t transfer to anything that my lips touched.
Lipstick queen has now expanded the line with a cream blush and lipgloss as well.
